I had another doctor's appointment yesterday, and all went well. I had them check me again to see if I've been progressing and sure enough, I have been - ever so slightly though. I'm now dialated to a three and 60% effaced.
I'm pretty sure I won't be making it to my due date, but I've been hoping that this baby can wait until after Aubree's birthday (next Saturday) so that I can do a fun party for her. Now I'm not so sure that even that will happen. We'll have to see what happens I guess.
The midwife asked me yesterday if I wanted my membranes stripped (I hope that's not inappropriate to talk about on here!). I was slightly tempted, but declined in hopes that I can make it until after Aubree's big day. You never know, by next week, I may be changing my mind!
I'm excited to say, however, that my sister-in-law, Chelsea, had her baby this morning! She was worried that I would beat her to it. See Chels, I told you you would be first! All went well and both mama and baby boy (Conn) are doing fine. We can't wait to see pictures!!!

I'm so excited for you and your new little one and for Chelsea! You'll have to give us stats on both babies! And you better watch out... The only day I didn't want Brylie to come was on Ryman's birthday and sure enough, she came that day! I hear that runs in the family....
How exciting!! And by the way, you look great! You just don't look like you could have a baby any day. We'll be anxiously awaiting for updates. We're excited for Chelsea & Jake!
