We were so excited this morning when Brett called while he was out feeding the animals, to tell us that we have a new calf! So exciting!! But the bad news is that it's another boy. Darn it! That means we'll either be selling him or butchering him. So no name for this little calf. Too bad he's so darn cute!!

Sweet Grandpa

My sweet Grandpa passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008. He has done so much for me in my life. When my parents divorced, Grandpa stepped in as our father figure and I know he will be greatly blessed for giving so much of himself to us. I will miss him dearly! Thankfully, I'll be seeing him again someday!! I love you, Grandpa!!!

Sunny California

We had a GREAT trip to California! We went to Merced to see my Grandpa, visit with family, and to go to my little brother's band concert. It was so good!! Everybody had a great time playing at the park! The weather was sooooo nice, it was so hard to come back to much cooler Idaho temperatures. But, hey, at least the snow has melted!

San Francisco Zoo

We took a trip to California to visit my family last weekend. While there, we stopped at the San Francisco Zoo. Unfortunately, I forgot to charge the camera battery, so we only got a few pictures there. But the kids loved seeing and hearing the lions, the bears, and the peacocks as well as the giraffes, penguins, river otters, gorillas, and so many other animals!
